Ready for your close-up

In which I am ready for my close up Mr DeMille.

Drunk holding a roof tile

Good news everybody, the movie of my life is being greenlit and moving into pre-production! Now I know the reviews are already in but it’s very exciting that I’m finally going to be able to release the filmic adaptation of my existence.

Even if it stinks it’s still better than any Adam Sandler movie.

This is still very hot news off the press but I can finally reveal the cast list for Geek Ergo Sum : The Movie.

Tom Cruise as Geek Ergo Sum

Not the “Hey I’m treating Oprah’s couch like a trampoline” or “Scientology FTW” version of Tom Cruise, but the one who does all the acting without being a bit loopy Tom Cruise. Cast purely because someone once said “You remind me of Tom Cruise”, which I think just came from the fact we are both a bit short. I’m eternally grateful they neglected to mention Danny de Vito.

Sarah-Michelle Gellar as Mrs G

She’s american and I love her. So is Mrs G. (Let’s face it, choosing an actress to play your wife is a minefield anyway, I’m onto a loser no matter who I put here…she should count herself lucky I haven’t decided to stick Professor Brian in a frock and made him speak with a New Yawk accent).

Scarlett Johansson as R

This is more for Mr R’s husband who will very pleased to wake up next to Scarlet in the morning (not in any way suggesting he is not comfortable with the current sleeping arrangement’s – oh god I’m going to manage to upset so many people with this post, in for a penny in for a pound)

Ben Barnes as Mr R

There you go, I’ve either smoothed over the cracks between R and Mr R, or opened up a huge big chasm.

The History Channel Meme guy as The Nobber

He’s a spitting image.

Ah, so you worked out the riddle. You just needed to use dwarfish and the doors to Geek Ergo Sum opened. Or perhaps you just used Google. Either way you are here, on my little corner of the Internet.
